The Green Screen – WVS News

It’s nearly that time of year again, and when we’ve not been busy practising our ‘disappointed but don’t show it’ present opening face, we’ve been knuckling down to some serious video production.

Our new baby that we’re particularly proud of is our ‘Presenter Plus’ package – a sweet combination of a presenter laid on top of graphical elements and text. This is a great way of showcasing a client’s products and services in an interesting and captivating way.

By grabbing the viewer’s attention and keeping it, we can keep them on site for longer. As all you SEO heads will know, this is an essential component for boosting search engine performance and enhancing those pesky conversion rates.

And don’t forget, these are all mobile-device friendly too, so you can pop the relevant URL into your iPhone, iPad or iWhatever, and you’ll be able to view them in lovely High Definition.

Our latest example of Presenter Plus in action is Trusted Salon, a sort of Trip Advisor for hair salons up and down the country. Our presenter Peter is in top form, and whilst he doesn’t exactly have the most show-stopping haircut himself, he does a great job of delivering the client’s key messages. Keep your eyes peeled for the video, coming soon….

These last few weeks we’ve been working on a veritable smorgasbord of projects, with the main focus of our attention being Tech Music School.

Here Sam has worked his fingers to the bone, creating two company profile videos that really showcase what Tech are all about. The video and website combo is looking absolutely top draw. You can watch the vid on the Web Video Store homepage if you’re ready to have your mind blown.

And there’s still time for a quick Jonathan Lord ‘Quote of the Month’, which is a regular feature set to take the East Midlands by storm. This month’s zinger was:

“Can babies breathe underwater?”

We would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year. Cheers!
